I want to buy in Spain

Our role is to fully support you in your project to buy a property in Spain. Our main task is to carry out the research for you and to suggest properties that meet your requirements. We will then take care of pre-visiting the properties and assisting you with the administrative formalities until the sale is signed. We are your agent in Spain.

Yes, in order to assist you with your project of buying a property, you will need to sign our exclusive search mandate, which will enable us to offer you all the properties available on the market and to dedicate ourselves 100% to your project.

The start-up fee is €600 including VAT. It is due when you sign the search mandate.

We make sure that we validate the feasibility of your project before starting the research. The projects we validate are therefore entirely feasible. If a project is not validated, we always propose alternatives options.

This will depend on your search criteria. On average, it takes at least two months from the start of the search to the signing of the preliminary sales agreement.

No. There is no need for you to come as we visit the properties for you and can sign the deed of sale on your behalf. However, if you would like to make the journey we would be delighted to meet you in person.

There are two options for viewings:

  1. If you are planning to travel to Spain, we can schedule one or two days to take you on a tour to the properties you have selected.
  2. If you’re not planning to travel to Spain, we will then schedule virtual tours in high definition.

You can obtain a refund of the €600 including VAT if you notify us of your cancellation before any property has been proposed to you.

I want to sell in Spain

We offer our vendor clients an exclusive property sales mandate only. This allows us to be 100% dedicated to your sales project and to better complete the sale of your property.

We act as a real estate agent. Our role is to value and market your property, arrange viewings, present you with offers and to assist you until the sale is signed.

Your property will be marketed to our buyer client base, our network of expats and published on all Spanish and international property advertising platforms.

No. There’s no need for you to travel. We’ll take care of everything and we can even act on your behalf to sign at the notary’s office.
